| Recent Review: | | This was the worst complex that I have ever lived it.I lived in a three bedroom townhouse that was so poorly constructed that some of the appliances weren't useable.The kitchen cupboard door wouldn't open all the way since it hit the ceiling light.The dishwasher wouldn't open all the way due to it hitting the stove.The resident services lost my rent check even though I had put in a supposedly secure drop box for after hours.My roof leaked for several months even after maintenance came out 3 times and supposedly fixed it.It leaked in the exact same spots so I can't see how they fixed it. There is rarely any visitor parking due to residents leaving busted cars for months in those spots. I called several times over the course of a couple months to try and get those vehicles moved.My neighbors repeatedly set off my car alarm by playing basketball outside their front door and hitting my car.After repeated noise complaints concerning the same neighbors nothing was done.The entire complex has only 1 dumpster so expect to be greated by skunks, raccoons and abandoned pets when you bring your trash there.I only lived here for 1 year and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.The staff is very rude and unfriendly. |
