| Recent Review: | | I've lived in Georgetown Commons for two years now, and have had nothing but trouble.Currently, they are trying to charge my 8-year-old sister with malicious destruction of property for trying to help her friend get his boat out of a pond that I'm told is filled with Koi Fish.Needless to say, there are no fish, and there was no damage done to their ponds.I also have mold eating away at the window panes on the inside of my windows.The pipes under my kitchen sink have fallen off four times in the last six months, and when I do call maintinence for someone to come fix things, I never receive a call back.Or, when someone answers the phone, it takes more than two hours for them to send someone over.A pipe burst in the pipe behind ours a year ago and we had water pour out of our ceiling for an hour and a half before someone went over to fix it.All in all, Georgetown Commons isn't for people who want to live life normally.If poor service and disgusting aparments are what you are looking for, then this place is for you.But I wouldn't even recommend this place to my ex-boyfriend.And he was a jerk. |

| Recent Review: | | I am very please to make this review.I had a great experience with this complex.The management was great, tha apartments were well kept, and the grounds were always kept tidy and cut.The only problem I experienced was a lack of security in the parking lots.I had a motorcycle stolen out of the lot.I didn't realize it was a repeating issue with the complex until after I had mine taken.I was told by the Clinton Township Police that there were about 1-2 bikes removed from there a year.I would definitely recommend living here, but lock your bike up if you have one.They allow them to be locked to the car ports.The apartments were great.Especially the full size washer and dryer.Great features! |

| Recent Review: | | The layout is good, the kitchen is ancient with brown panel cupboards that don't stay closed, the back master bedroom doesn't get much heat in the winter but the kitchen and living room are hot as hell. It's what you get for the money. |
