 I highly recommend that you never live in Alpine Slopes.They will not fix anything! The waterheater in our building has been making a high pitched screeching noise for over two months, but they don't care.They never came to clean the washing machine in our building when someone had vomited in it.There was puke in our washer for three days, until a tenant cleaned it--and it sure wasn't the person who did it, mind you.I don't know if they do this to everyone, but I've had them charge us late fees on rent, even though we paid on time.The check was placed in the mailbox, but somehow it didn't get registered into the computer until the following day.We only paid it because they left us a note threatening to charge us again if we didn't pay the phony charge that we contested.
