| Recent Review: | | Do not let the beautiful landscaping fool you. This place looks really good upon entering. And the actual layouts are spacious and it stops there. The parking is horrible if you leave for an evening and return, many times you are parking a great distance away from your actual apartment. The maintainance is done inhouse by 1 or 2 people to cover the entire community. Therfore, any requests may take up to 1 week and management never follows up with requests until you have complained so many times. I recognized some familiar celebrities that live here. I bet they do not have to wait. In the winter time, the property is neglected. And forbid that it snows, sometimes you wait an entire day before any snow shoveling takes place. Usually, when a repair happens, you end up calling back because it is not done right the first time. One good thing is that the neighbors are friendly usually. This is not a premier place to live as they advertise. For the rent that is being paid average $1200 monthly, you are not treated well enough. If you do not care about the quality of management, and you do not care if you are treated well as a tenenant I suggest this place! Also, do not let the gate fool you. They gate is kept open, and anyone can usually just drive in. There is never security, just a sitter after hours for the complex! |

| Recent Review: | | Have you ever driven by an apartment building/house and thought to yourself, what a great place to live? Well, just by driving by this apartment complex, I thought elegance, sophistication, and a wonderful place to live, but not really.This supposedly quaint place to live is actually not all it is cracked up to be.This apartment is deteriorating, not only on the outside but also by the quality of people living in this community.Children run around the property unattended, and are extremely rude to adults.My complaints dont stop there; my major fuss is while trying to relax on my day off, I strolled down to the pool, excited to soak up some rays and drink a coffee by the pool when unexpected guests decided to come pay me a visit.Can you guess who my visitors were?RATS!!! I was horrified to see rats congregating at the community pool, disgusted, I let maintenance know about the issue and grabbed my things and ran off in as fast as I could put my pants on. Later that week I went back and saw my furry friends still hanging out at the pool, problem not solved. Anyways as I talk to friends who were once renters here they told me it was a quiet well maintained apartment complex, definitely years have pasted and quality has definitely took a plunge! |
