| I moved into Park Apartments mainly because of the location and rooftop acess.Unfortunately those where the only good things about the place.Elevators constantly brake down (sometimes both at the same time, a major issue in a high rise), frequent brake ins on my apartment (although the parking lot is much safer, on one occasion I was held at gun point in the hallway), and rude security.Drug use wasn't uncommon as well as noisey neighbors.And when they warn you about getting insurance against fire damage don't think their kidding.Park Apartments had TWO major fires in the past year.Both times it was determined the fire was arson. If you need a cheap place downtwon try the Leeland City Building, or the Claridge House.Leeland City still is old but cheaper, and Claridge House was newer and nicely maintained. |
