| Recent Review: | | They're over priced for the space. The heat barely comes on in the middle of winter so you have to turn on the oven to keep it warm and the smell of gas begins to reak.There is a roach problem oh and if you're affraid of mice.... just forget it. There are much better places in the area and more for the money, so keep looking. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here almost a year with my now fiance.He has lived here for almost 2 years.This place is horrible!!It is roach infested.There is no 24 hour maintainance.The maintaince man,Isaic is busy going through your apartment telling others what you got.Instead of fixing things, he's busy having sex and doing oral sex in the laundry room.The Manager is horrible.EVERYONE agrees that she is a straight up bitch!She is so nosey!She is moving because she is getting people thrown out.She is going after elders, sick residents, and people who live there through programs.The apartments have Bumpy walls, old fashion, low sinks( that are porcliean), painted counters, tilted kitchen floors, public toliets, and radiators that don't work. Half of the buzzers do not work.The elevator is horrible.It only holds 4 people(3 if one is fat).It doesn't have any type of sensor to keep you from getting your arm snatched off.There is an old man who goes through your mail.The hallways smell like piss, weed, and ground beef.Besides all of this, you can't sleep due to the banging from the heat going through the pipes.(That's what management told us).They shut the hot water off all the time without informing people ahead of time.They don't put the heat on, so your in your apartment that you pay for freezing.This is a horrible place to live especially with your children.So don't move here!! It's for your own Benefit!! |

| Recent Review: | | I love the view of Downtown and the water. It's what sold me on the apartment.My floor is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I've been a resident for almost 3 years now and I really enjoy living there. |

| Recent Review: | | What a place to come home to!My apartment is very spacious, has lots of storage, huge kitchen and is very sound proof.I have lived here 8 years.I work in Ren Cen.With the attached walkway, I don't even have to go outside.Besides, I love the Starbucks in the lobby.I am very physically active so the outdoor jogging track is a huge benefit.In the winter I use the huge in door pool for a workout.The building is very clean and is being remodeled as we speak.Maintenance is responsive.Management could be friendlier but, I must say, they do take care of things quickly and always thank me for my business. |

| Recent Review: | | I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to an enemy.It looks good on the outside, but it's not a great place to live. Cars are constantly being vandalized and stolen regularly. Any and everybody come's from different complexe's to use the pool. It's not worth the money they charge. And there is NO security. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Park Apartments mainly because of the location and rooftop acess.Unfortunately those where the only good things about the place.Elevators constantly brake down (sometimes both at the same time, a major issue in a high rise), frequent brake ins on my apartment (although the parking lot is much safer, on one occasion I was held at gun point in the hallway), and rude security.Drug use wasn't uncommon as well as noisey neighbors.And when they warn you about getting insurance against fire damage don't think their kidding.Park Apartments had TWO major fires in the past year.Both times it was determined the fire was arson.If you need a cheap place downtwon try the Leeland City Building, or the Claridge House.Leeland City still is old but cheaper, and Claridge House was newer and nicely maintained. |

| Recent Review: | | The Good: I love the size of my 3 bed apt 1200 sq ft, 2 full bath with high ceilings and crown molding in bedrooms. Plenty of closet space and the rent is reasonable.The Bad: Thin walls, insulation is bad, no parking, and the neighborhood is not the best. It's not the worst but diffently not the best. Carpet in halls needs to be pulled up. washroom needs a make over. |

| Recent Review: | | Tuscan Park is a hell hole/jungle.My daughter was raped robbed and beaten to a pulp just yesterday.Management wont even answer their phone 90% of the time.TheSo-Calledsecurity is a joke.The Detroit Police 8th precinct wont even bother. They take a report and that is where it stops. The place is ramped with illegal drugs, guns, and thugs, male/female. If you want to get yourself raped, robbed, killed, or have a drive-by this is the place for you.The place needs to be bulled dozed and left vacant. Oh and by the way the property is also hooker hell.Management doesnt run the place, the thugs/criminals/drug dealers run the place.Be warned, avoid this place, and stay as far away from Tuscan Park as you can.If not you take youre life and your familys life in your hands. THE PLACE IS A HORRIBLE PRISON WHERE YOU WILL GET KILLED.ALSO GANG BANGOR HELL.Stay away from Tuscan Park to save your life |
