| Recent Review: | | Good transportation area, a quaint building but with a lot of water pipe problems. Gated remote parking with lighting but does not deter from numerous break ins to resident cars. yearly lease option. elavator antiquated, needs replacement. Probable breakdowns per year approx. 10 lasting from a few days to a couple of months.Needs electrical wiring upgrade as kitchen will not run two appliances at the same time without tripping the circuit breakers. Some apartments with electric fireplace. Has walk in showers and large bedroom, living room area. Heat included and water. Gets cold at start of heating season. A good spaceheater is a necessity. Too large of a turnover rate on residents. 2 bedroom apts have 1 very small bedroom |

| Recent Review: | | staff is very pleasent and delightful, they always make sure that my needs are dealt with in a timely manner. Sure there are drugs around the community, but show me a communitywhere drugs do not exist. The outside groundsare well maintained and kept clean daily. they have just added newer and more secured entry doors at my request and i might add that it was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex to reside in. |

| Recent Review: | | IT HAS NOT BEEN 4 MONTHS AND LIVING HERE HAS BEEN HELL.THEY HAVE BIG ROACHES AND CRACK HEADS STANDING AROUND BECAUSE THE MAIN DOOR IS ALWAYS BROKEN SO ANYONE CAN WALK RIGHT IN.THE MANAGEMENT STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE MAJOR ATTTIUDES BECAUSE YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY.IT IS RIDICULOUS AND I HATE THAT I SIGNED A LEASE.I CANT WAIT TO LEAVE HELL.IT IS ALWAYS LOUD AND YOU CAN NEVER GET ANY SLEEP.THEY STEAL CARS ALMOST EVERYDAY AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE.THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUNGRY.DON NOT MOVE HERE.YOU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY. |
