| Recent Review: | | The apartments are older but well maintained.The maintenance staff is responsive and handled the few calls I placed quickly and professionally.The windows of the unit I lived in leaked heat: I added curtains to cover the windows and tended to leave them closed for the winter, which significantly reduced my gas utility billing.The office staff is friendly and also responsive: they made a significant error with my security deposit (double billing for days I had already paid for after moving out before my 30 day notice) but resolved it in two weeks.Overall I found these to be reasonable units for the price in the area. |

| Recent Review: | | Worst management I have seen so far. I moved in two months ago and AC is not working. I went to office many times regarding AC and couple of other maintainance tasks but they flatly say they do not know when it will be fixed. |

| Recent Review: | | i think the title says it all. the maintenance at the place is horrible. the apartments themselves are cheap, everything is always broken and the community sucks. the buildings always smell like cabbage and other nasty smells. people speed through in their cars, nobody stops at stop signs. the list of negatives just goes on and on. stay away. |

| Recent Review: | | I was referred to these apartments by a girlfriend. I must say i enjoy my apartment very much and the Diane at the management staff is great. These apartments are very reasonable for the area, spacious, and clean. I haven't had one problem since I've moved in. Maintenance is very fast on fixing any problems. I will stay in these apartment until I find a house which will be probably in about 2 years. |
