| Recent Review: | | Noise.If you like it, you will love the boardwalk.I have never seen walls like these in my life.Either someone forgot the insulation, or they are about 1" thick, because you can hear conversations, dogs, cats, TVs, and, best of all, constant bass from stereos!! Doesn't that sould great? |

| Recent Review: | | Lived here for six months, they have nice floor plans with lots of room at a decent price.lots of parking lot views, and big windows to let in lots of light.neighbors arn't bad, but did complain about noises while i wasn't home.Neighbors would also take my carport, and apartments wouldn't do much about it.there are some cars that have been sitting since I moved in and need to be repaired or removed from property.I have had issues that needed to be repaired since begining of lease that are still unrepaired.other than that the grounds and halways are well kept and clean.good place for a family since there are lots of kids and parks around.I would not suggest this apartment to a friend until they got the maintenance issues sorted out. |

| Recent Review: | | I like how the buildings are set up and how they look,but there is NO storage space. When I first moved in, there was about 50 dead insects about the place. It wasn'tvery clean either. I picked up the bugs and showed them to the office, but they didn't do anything about it.The staff was generous and friendly to begin with, butafter I had a few complaints, ( bugs, bad toilet, no parking, intercom didn't work ) , they became rather rude.You're allowed pets at Northview Harbor, but the problem with that is, people walk them wherever they want, which is a little too close to my daughter and our back porch. I've lived here a year, I'm moving next month! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here about three months now.The apartment is quiet.Neighbors are very friendly.The office staff is pleasant and always address issues in a timely manner.The grounds are well maintained and buildings are in good repair.There are some neigbors that are noisy at times but never during the quiet hours.The only thing that would have made this the perfect home would be washers and dryers in the units.It stinks lugging laundry downstairs. |
