Recent Review: Lovely place andsetting. Noise insulation, especially up and down is non-existant. The management says they put in a layer of concrete between floor. However, you can hear drawers closing, doors shutting and toilets flushing. Heaven help you if you have noisyneighbors or children upstairs. The third floor apartments taht receive sun a god part of the day have very high electric bills for air conditioning.
