Recent Review: I needed to stay in the Hartland School district so I lived here for 3 years.Maintainence is getting a little better but cheap construction keeps them very busy.Noise from above is terrible - may as well have the neighbors in your apartment.Pool seemed to be closed more than open last summer.Parking in some areas is OK but do not try to have more than a couple people visiting or there is no where for them to park.Snow removal leaves a lot to be desired.They don't usually start to plow snow until everyone has left for work.Ground maintainence could also be improved.Check out the lovely pond views - more like a mud pit.Few trees in complex - definitely no awards coming for beautifying.
