| Recent Review: | | The apartments are great, however, just hope you never have to deal with the front office.When something goes wrong I don't want to deal with someone that is full of attitude and disdain, I want a little bit of kindness and understanding.Also, they only offer enough parking for two cars.When each apartment has more than one car, parking is an issue.Assigned parking and towing contracts make being sure that your car will still be there in the morning a concern that you should not have to worry about.Of course, these apartments are great, good size, nice amenities, but that is not all that makes an apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | What a great place. The staff is so customer oriented. Yes there are students here, but they are well mannered and behaved. The Managers do not put up with noise or bad behavior so it IS a great mixture of people and just a great place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | we i moved out of jefferson commons my mom and i cleaned all the walls, had the carpet steam cleaned (which we did), cleaned out the stove and patched all holes that my roomates and i made in the walls.figuring that we covered everything we left the apt only to get a bill for over $400 for cleaning and fixing things in the apt! they said we stainded the carpet in certain areas, but the spots they were talking about were ones that were there when we moved in. we also wrote them down when we first arrived along with other things that were wrong in the apt. (i.e. crumbs in almost all the drawers in the kitchen and a dirty stove).So i wonder if they just leave the damage after each tentant leaves, collects the money and the blames that same damage on the new tentants! also maitenance comes in whenever they want, even if you tell them not to.they came in once when my roomate was in the shower and she ran out in a towel to see who had come in, thinking it was a friend! so i recommended not living there.it may look nice, but its cheap and you kind find a nicer place for a lot cheaper! |

| Recent Review: | | Read the bad reviews (which seem legitimate) and then read the "good" ones left.Doesn't it seem funny how all of the positive comments were left almost all in the same day.I wonder if someone is trying a little too hard to convince us readers that their apartment does, in fact, suck balls. |

| Recent Review: | | I would NEVER recommend this place! There maintanice and office help is horriable! Electrical outlets... don't plug anything in, anything you plug in falls right back out! Mold and bugs are a BIG promblem here... I woulldn't let my worst enemy live here! |

| Recent Review: | | we just moved in at the end of march 2005 and haven't had any problems. The office staff is very helpful and nice, the maintenance comes when called and fixes things the first time. noise isn't a problem here and seems to be a very safe place to live. |
