| Recent Review: | | The over all apartment complex is ok. The hallways could be cleaner and so could the walkways. The staff is friendly. Except for Mellissa. I have been here about 8 months and have not had really any problems. |

| Recent Review: | | Eastland has a nice community.Try to get an apartment in the older section for there is more scenery than just a parking lot.The maintenence team is great at reparing things in a timely manner, and the rest of the staf is very helpful and friendly.only complaint was the walk from my door to covered parking area, though there was plenty of uncovered area right near the door, so i didn't get a carport. |

| Recent Review: | | I've live at Huntington Glen for 2 years. This place is great.They only have like 70 units which allows for attention to detail. Laurie at the office is so nice.Mike and Sief, the maintenance and groundkeeping staff are equally great.They take care of issues same day most of the time.The are dog and cat friend.I have a dog and most of my neighbors do too.There is no additional per month pet rent either.Also, you get a free carport w/ your apartment.When I get packages delivered, they will put them in my apartment if I want without any hastle.Overall, this place is great!I know my neighbors by name. It's a great place to call home. |

| Recent Review: | | I found myself needing an apartment for a 6 month period and applied to River Oaks.They charge a $100 with the application which is well above the market, and the reason is that their lease will make most people get really angry.When you don't sign their management makes an easy hundred dollars.Worse yet is the tight driveways and parking, and the buildings being directly below the flight paths.I could not recommend this place to someone I had it in for, I could not be that mean sprited.Apply at your own risk,but do not do so without reading a filled out lease first.When you do be sitting down, it will take awhile, and be a scarey experience. |

| Recent Review: | | Sutton Club apartments are great.My wife and I moved her just after we got married a year ago and we love it here.We live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that 990sq. ft and we pay ~$650/month.It's quiet here, very scenic (in terms of the grounds) and they have a pool and complementary golf membership to the local golf club from June-September when you sign up - and it's FREE (hence complementary).The owners are very nice and the maintenence people are awesome - they bend over backwards to help you.Highly recommend this place.Very clean and the club house and community are great.Only bad thing is that if you live on any floor except the top, you can sometimes hear people on the upper floor walking around.Other than that this place is great....even has a free gym that you can use! |

| Recent Review: | | I have been living here at Wingate for almost a year and what a bad experience (neighbor-wise) it has been. I have complained in writing, in person and to the main office in Kalamazoo numerous times about the constant stomping and noise that goes on here. And no one cares. My lease is up soon and there is no way I would renew it if they PAID me to live here. Everyday, all I hear are apartment doors slamming as hard as they can slam. Illegal aliens, drug addicts, sex offenders and a cavalcade of assorted thugs and felons live here. Follow this link and you'll see what I mean: http://www.woodtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=2611244. I have done some research and in ten years police have responded here 26 times for shootings alone yet they will hire no security. I don't see how this can be legal. Stay away from here if you're a hard working law-abiding person who wants to stay safe. |
