Recent Review: My wife and I made the mistake of not shopping more.We were impressed with the surface and signed the lease.We moved in and discovered a mess.There were so many things to repair that we missed the stained carpet on our list.We were then burned for that on our move-out.Noisy neighbors with no resolution, losing hot water regularly (for hours at a time), poor quality and very old kitchen cabinets, slow response to serious maintenance claims, and to top it all off this place will sue you at the drop of a hat.We were charged for replacing the carpet when we moved out.The carpet was old when we moved in and they charged us the full amount to replace it.We fought it and they sued us.What a complete nightmare this was.I wouldn't recommend my enemies to live here.
