| Recent Review: | | Deerfield has been the most amazing place to live for the past 2 years. I would reccomend it to anyone. It is quite large, with washers and dryers, a dishwasher and comes with internet and cable. Other then that I had so much fun living there. Meeting SO many cool people. The location is great, near campus and close to everything in Mount Pleasant as well. I will never forget all of the awesome times I had in Deerfield Village!!! |

| Recent Review: | | if you want a quiet place to live, then this is for you...if you want to have fun, then you'll be living with someone who's worse than your mother.What I mean by that is, getting lectured by the landlord, having her threaten you and call you parents, have her spy on your apartment at 2am and accuse you of having a party when you're not home, having a landlord being able to fine you and collect money whenever she wants to... it's worse than living with my mother and i don't reccomend this place to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | Never rent from United Apartments. They do not care about you or your problems. Even if a worker wants to help you, the management won't let them, because every detail has to go through them. Your safety or privacy does not matter to them. I don't feel welcome at Western Islands. It is a good price, but then again cheap things, are cheaply made. And this apartment is a prime example of that. Their answer to eveything is well you signed the lease, not us. And basically throws it in your face if you have a problem. Because what can you really do? Also they love to bring people to court or to keep your deposit. AWEFUL!!! IF they know something is wrong, they will still try to charge you for it. STAY AWAY FROM UNITED APARTMENTS!!! They don't care about you, they only care about getting their money. |
