| Recent Review: | | one of the more expensive apartment complexes in mt. pleasant.cheaply construced: thin walls, nails protruding from stairs, gaps in doors and windows.bad management.we left the place in good condition, yet ended up being charged $1200 in damages. |

| Recent Review: | | i really like living at the forum.the staff is nice and willing to assist with any of my problems in a timely matter.the two bedroom apartments are spacious, and the bathrooms are the largest you'll find anywhere in town.there's also a lot of storage space.they're built really well, unlike the newer complexes in town-- two trumpet players lived above me all year and i could only hear them when the windows were open.some utilities are included in rent as well, so the only other expense is electricity.they're not new by any means, but they're definitely a great deal- close to campus, with lots of room.i recommend them, and have helped several friends move in (which has knocked off a considerable chunk of rent for me) |
