| Recent Review: | | These people are dishonest, money hogs, slow and irresponsible. Six days later after I moved in they had a special for 2 months free rent a no one offered that (dishonest). My front step broke down about a month ago, they repaired it during winter, which made it break again, and 2 weeks later, half of it still gone (irresponsible). My leaking tub is still leaking (slow). And I just received a letter saying they want to increase my rent (money hogs). Location is not so good because you have to go over train tracks twice to get to the freeway and twice to get back. I just had my car struts changed, worth $800. Neighbors are noisy and car ports are never respected by others. Potholes all over the place. Apartments lack proper insulation. Trains go by often during day and night, very noisy!!! Needless to say, I am moving out... lucky me I only got a 6 month lease. |

| Recent Review: | | If you have a choice don't do it. We rented an apartment for six months. We had our own P.O. Box so we did not have or need access to their mail delivery boxes. Big mistake.When it came down to providing a notice to vacate, we had asked for an extension of an additional 12 days.Our lease states that we must provide a 30 day written notice prior to vacate. We verbally agreed on the 12 day extension. We found out that we did not have until the 12th of the month for the notice, rather, we should have provided the notice before the beginning of the month. Anyway, that 12 days almost doubled the current rent.When you speak to the "Accounting Department" they were not understanding in any manner. If you like this type of lack of communication, lack of compassion, have at it. Our recommendation is that you avoid this apartment complex if you can. |
