Recent Review: I have spent a year here and have not regretted it one bit.There are a lot of advantages to this place.I'll list them below:1.The apartment complex is surrounded by trees.They make the place peaceful and quiet.Despite the trees, there is one path worn away so that tenants can walk to Meridian Mall in just 10 minutes.That was the cool thing about this location.I could walk 10 minutes to Starbucks in Meridian Mall to pick up a coffee before boarding a city bus.Meridian Mall is a terminal point for three bus lines, so riders can wait inside the mall at the bus stop.That was a really big plus during the winter.2.The crime rate is as low as you can get in the area.You can see for yourself at:< http://houseandhome.msn.com/PickAPlace/nf_Details.aspx?cS=MI&cR=m%3A4040&_cmbNF_2=0&_cmbNF_3=0&_cmbNF_9=0&chk1=&chk2=&ix=41®ion=m%3A4040&save=0&state=MI&search=1&_cmbNF_0=0&_cmbNF_1=0&_cmbNF_4=0&_cmbNF_5=0&_cmbNF_6=0&_cmbNF_7=0&_cmbNF_8=0&zip=48864 >3.The help here is pretty responsive.The shower handle broke off, and they got it fixed in just a couple of hours after we called about it.4.Countryway East runs a criminal background check on new tenants, so I don't have to worry about living next to a bunch of weirdos.You can get more information at < http://www.dtnmgt.com/bottom.asp?action=CountrywayEast >.
