| Recent Review: | | We moved into a one bedroom apartment in June of 2004.The apartment had not been cleaned since two weeks before, there was grout all over the bathroom.There were spiders everywhere.They had promised to spray and get rid of them.They didn't.We're paying $655 per month for 613 sq ft.The stackable washer and dryer are terrible.The dryer takes forever to dry clothes.Sometimes we have to run the full time twice just to dry a pair of pants.Our heat broke twice this winter.The leasing staff love you, until you move in.From then on, they will be rude and extremely unhelpful.Our neighbors are extremely loud, and no matter how many times we complain, nothing happens.The security guard at the front gate is mostly a nuisance.When you call somebody in, they forget the person's name and end up calling you anyway.And half the time the gate at the other end of the complex is broken, so the guard is really pointless.This place sucks.You can get a much better value elsewhere. |
