Recent Review: I enjoyed my apartment very much until I had maintenance to be done and a visiting cat for a week.I had a lot of trouble getting my apartment maintenanced.It took a month to fix a leaky toilet!And after the fix was done, they blamed me for causing it because the apartments are new.I had a cat visit for a week and the management argued with me about keeping my deposit to pay for damages.The cat was locked in its crate and in the garage while visiting and never even saw the interior of the place!"Mr Maintenance" saw the cat while driving his van around the complex.The only other item that frosted me was the lack of communication between tenant and management.If you had a problem, don't hake it ours seemed to be thier motto.I hope there are other who had better experiences than I did.BTW, there seems to be no ways out besides breaking the lease even for special circumstances.Read the fine print very carefully!!!
