| Recent Review: | | Went to check out an apartment.The actual unit was under construction, so they showed me one simular.I was told that if I was interested to fill out an application, and that the $25 app fee would be there's to keep but the $150 Security deposit I could get back, if I didn't like the unit, when it was finished.What she neglected to point out was, on the application, it states taht you have 72 hours to cancel or you forfit the deposit. The unit was not finished in two weeks, and I cancelled, but they got to keep my $150 deposit. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Pebblebrook for 13 months- it should have been 12 but aparently the beached whales in the rental office can't count.The staff is rude and intrusive.They were entering my apartment on a monthly basis for one reason or another.Our water was shut at least for times during the year because of leaky pipes, etc.They started enforcing a parking permit rule and towing peoples cars if they didn't have a permit showing in their window-there was never a shortage of parking so I think they were getting kickbacks from the towing place.You were given one parking permit for each resident plus ONE guest pass.If you wanted to have more than one person over your house at a time, you had to pay $35 per additional parking permit-non refundable.The air conditioning units are disgusting-they're extremely loud and they spew out tons of nasty lint.The kitchens are tiny and the whole place gets hot if you turn the oven on.There's no air circulation and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on next door.When we moved out, they kept our entire security deposit and tried to get more money out of us because of all these stupid fees they were charging us- $200 because the bathroom wasn't clean enough, $100 because the stove wasn't clean enough, $40 because we didn't scrub the window screens!I wouldn't recommend this hell hole to my worst enemy.The place looks nice at first but don't get sucked in. |
