| Recent Review: | | Hear neighbors all the time every night, even the appt. personal is involved in it.... The out door pool is only open for one month....It takes several requests to get things fixed, or mitpl. Times to fix it.The manager is good, and trying to fix the place up, but the kids are unsupervised and immaculate the place ., by ripping up the flowers and destroying property including the storage area. ..There is crime here...murder in April 05 do to the person being on drugs..., bake-ins to cars and storage areas all the time... No cameras no security !!!!Cops are always coming though and arresting or advising people...Rent is cheep but goes up every year....Security doors work half the time mostly left open for others to walk in....(allot of unknown visitors)....Is off of a major state hwy...lots of traffic...High school across the street lots of noise every night in the spring to fall...Fire dept on the other side(is full time always running with siren at all hours)...Though that get evicted leave there apt so bad a hazards smell is noticed in the halls,(makes you want to puke)...But the apt are good when everything is working....but you can just hear your neighbors at all hours in there apt next to you....So if you dont leave personal items in you car or storage, and like lack of sleep, and crime this is the place for you....This will be my last year here do to my familys safety... |

| Recent Review: | | it took them 4 months to come and fix my toilet and then when they replaced a drawer in the kitchen the maintence person left the bad one on the floor in the dining room what the hell do i want with a broken drawer !!!! cmon ! |

| Recent Review: | | I was paying a great price and everything was fine in my apartment until the property was bought by a new management company. Steve Scott Management. They have put so many younger adults in the building without consideration of all the professional people that live there too. I now have a young single man living above me who thinks it's party central in his bedroom (which is above mine) at 1 am on a Tuesday! Domestic disputes amoung young couples are also becoming common. I do not feel safe in this building anymore and I wouldn't recommend this apartment building to anyone unless they were 21, single and had no job. |

| Recent Review: | | I rented at Carrington Court for for 6 years before moving to California. I can't think of a single problem I had while living there.The apartments are nice and well maintained, as are the grounds. Garages are available for an additional fee per month, and there is plenty of parking. The pools are nice but a bit small for the size of the community.The only problem I experienced was when I moved out. At my move out inspection I was told that everything was OK, then I receieved my check with $80 taken out of if. When I called to ask about this, I was told that the handle on the built in microwave didn't catch right (news to me, I never had a problem with it, it might not have been perfect but it always worked for us) and that it was obviously caused by my "rough use". Give me a break. Anyway, after calling the management company I did get my money back for that. That was a bad ending to an otherwise great rental experience. |

| Recent Review: | | Believe me you if you like gossip and drama this is this placeyou want to live.Neighbor kids chase each other w/ knifes and try to hurt each other. Management is very noisy and loves causing trouble for families.Police are at the apartment all the time.The pool is dirty with bugs and worms.Fire alarms are always going off.You never get to sleep because a lady on first floor is yelling very loud. |

| Recent Review: | | The only reason I've been here so long is because it's cheap and I hate moving.But I will be doing so at the end of the month due to numerous problems, most of them safety related.Since they don't do background checks on people coming in, this place is full of all kinds.Lots of kids run around with out parental supervision.Many cars have had their windows shattered.Locks on the building doors are broken and have been for a good 2 years.Washers and dryers are usually broken, or just really work like crap.Management/office personel is rude and unresponsive to problems.Personally, someone broke into my apartment and stole about $6000 worth of stuff.Colonial Villa (AKA Connelly Estates) had so many bad things said about it in THISWEEK newspaper that it changed it's name so people wouldn't recognize it.They now have a police sub-station in an apartment here, so hopefully things will improve.Until things get better, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! |

| Recent Review: | | A bit high for the area, but overall an excellent value.Good amenities, very good staff, and a very responsive maintenance crew.Two stalls underground parking included with every 2 bedroom apt rental makes this a good value for the winters of Minnesota.The only drawback is the outdoor pool, which is unusable for approximately half of the year. |
