Recent Review: The space was fabulous.The landlord is difficult to deal with, this is a side by side duplex so he is very present.He is quite particular about how people live and is controlling about odd things.Example:people in the area are not allowed to use lighter fluid to start a grill because Tom doesn't like it.We are currently filing a claim to get our deposit back as Tom has not responded to our letters.I would stronly encourage anyone not to rent from this man.
