| Recent Review: | | It's a great apartment. A little small for the rent paid, but the amenities like the indoor pool, security and location is what you're paying for. A lot of older residents make it a quiet place to live, but also make it a diffucult place to meet people if you're new to the area like I was. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment location is great -- near a lot of conveniences.It is good for older folks and for young folks.I do not recommend it for folks with very young children, especially if you want them to take their naps.Although the apartment is concrete, it doesn't block sounds very well between apartments above and below you.I can hear my neighbors tvs all the time.The complex management team never knows what is going on.They started renovating an apartment above me on a Sunday and told me it would be done in a few days (my ceiling was vibrating so loudly that particles were falling off -- I had to use ear plugs and both myself and my baby.)Three weeks of hammering and everything else, I finally complained (it was disrupting my child's naps) and they were astounded -- they had no idea it was still being worked on.Then at 11 p.m., they sent a janitor in to vacuum and clean (moving appliances around.)It was so loud that my husband (who sleeps like the dead) actually woke up.The one good thing is that because of all the noise and disruptions, my husband agreed to move and we bought a house just to get away from this place.The management team, however, is very nice.I just wish they were more competent. |
