| Recent Review: | | When I moved in to this apartment, I thought wow, 1200 square feet for $900 a month, must be too good to be true.....Well I should have followed my instincts because the landlord was the biggest pain in the rear I have ever met.All landlords should treat all tenants the same.Well not Morea, thats the landlord.She was by far the rudest, least professional woman I have ever met.She would knock on my door at 5:30 in the morning to find out why my roommate hadn't paid the rent yet.Well, she was out of town, and when I answered the door, she demanded that I write her a second check for my roommates rent.Shouldn't have been my problem, but the real problem was that she had the audacity to knock on my door at that time.Another example of her rudness, was the few times she had threatened me.When I moved in to the apartment she had clearly explained all of the rules, which for the most part I followed.We had some visitor parking in the front.When I moved in she said I could park there for a while if I had to quickly run into the apartment or drop groceries off.Well, later on that year, she actually threatened me, and said that if I was to park in those spots again she would not only have me towed, but charge me $25 everytime I parked there.This was not in the lease.She also enjoyed spying on us from the adjacent apartment building.There are many more examples I could tell you about, like her coming into our apartment unannounced.When I finally moved out of our apartment she was still a witch.It doesn't sound that bad but it was constant and had the worst landlord I have ever met.If I were you thinking about moving into this apartment.I would run the other way, but don't take my advice, ask others in the apartment building. |
