						Recent Review: The price is high.No utilities are included in the rent. You have to pay at least $25/month for Water bill. But good looking apartments. The office will not open regularly. No one receive the phone calls, if you leave a message they will call you back.

						Recent Review: I have lived at Ramsgate Apartments for about a year.I have lived in many apartments previously, and I have to say that the staff of Ramsgate is probablythe most polite, helpful, and accomodating.The buildings are a little older, but they are very clean and well-maintained.As far as ammenities go, the options are fantastic.
