| Recent Review: | | PROS: 1. Great Manager (Audrey J) 2. Great Secretary (Irene) 3. Great Maintenence (Same or next day service, and never unannounced.) 4. Newer units (built in 90's) 5. Newer appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator and stove--on site washer/dryer). 5. Attached garages (with outlets if you need to plug your car in (good idea in cold cold mn), the extra parking space has one too) 6. Spacious apartments (unless you have 8 kids) 7. Water, heat, garbage included in rent.CONS: 1. Garage is somewhat smaller than it should be. I drive a small car, and I'm unable to open my car door all the way. I am able to function in there, though.2. They're a bit slow when it comes to plowing, but it gets done.3. I see Lakeville cop cars at least twice a week there. This could be a good thing, as the cops are so quick to respond. |
