 Also, you will find roaches everywhere. Sadly, there's only one Washing Machine and Dryer for all the 13 Units in the apartment building. Very small Galley type Kitchen equiped with a faulty gas range. The top floor gets very hot during the Summer and very cold and damp on the first floor during the Winer. Do you think this place is habitable? You might want to think twice.
