| Recent Review: | | Great apartments for college students. Rent is very affordable. Across the street from Van Cleave Park and neardinkytown. (5min walk to dinkytown, 10min to University). However, maintainance is very poor. There is ALWAYS a busted washing machine or dryer, a light(s) out in the hallways, grass is rarely mowed, and GOOD LUCK! replacing carpeting or appliances when necessary. Management is very slow in responding to complaints. Also, there is no security entrance or seperate apartment buzzers. Assigned parking. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for three years and the level of service has continued to stay strong. The building is in such a great spot, its so easy to go downtown or to the river. The history of this neighborhood and the city it self is in the air.I'm impressed with all the people and talent that continue to choose this as there home. Management has been fantastic, they really care and are down to earth. Its definately not a hard sell, the units are great! Plenty of closet space, big windows, exposed duct work, high ceilings. I love this community and plan on staying for a while. |

| Recent Review: | | The neighborhood is quite unsafe.I often had beggers or suspecious people trying to sneak in to the apartment. The rent is nice and cheap though. The staff is a bit shady.A few of the tennents have had some odd run-ins with the maintenance workers. The floors were nice and redone. The managament tended to be late with bills, notices, etc.The indoor parking is nice, but the stalls are pretty cramped. |

| Recent Review: | | Huntingtom Place is a nightmare.High crime, meth labs, noise, lack of any maintainance. Mgt doesn't give a rip at all. Pools closed often due to fecal matter found in them. Lack of any sound insulation. You can hear everything. Small apartments. In a very bad neighborhood.I recommend you run and run fast elsewhere!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I wish I would've found this Web site before I rented with JAS. Don't let their Ikea office furniture-bedecked main office fool you; these people are slumlords through and through. The first weekend I spent in my apartment, raw sewage and human feces started burbling up through the shower drain. I contacted them first thing Monday morning and they took two days to fix it, and their maintenance people smearedand I'm not kiddingfeces all over my walls and floors. I called them repeatedly and they failed to clean it up. In the meantime, cockroaches the rental agent told me wouldn't be there started crawling up the walls at night, some kind of winged insects began reproducing exponentially in my bathroom, and the air became so generally foul that I started sleeping over at my girlfriend's place. As far as the neighborhood goes, on the first night I moved in, I saw two homeless people having sex in the alley. The day after that, there was a vehicle-pedestrian hit-and-run on the corner. The first weekend, I heard gunshots. Stay the hell away from these people and their awful properties. |

| Recent Review: | | This was one of the best apartments that I have lived in.Just 1 block from Hennepin on 28th Street in Uptown, the location is wonderful! There is a parking lot in the back with assigned parking (1 spot per apartment). The building is small enough that every tenant knows at least the faces of the other tenants...it feels very, very safe.Everyone is helpful and the caretaker, who lives on-site is INCREDIBLE!!He is right there is you need him, he is a super nice guy besides. The apartments are a little small for the price...but you are paying for location-great neighbors-PARKING (which is hard to come by in that neighborhood)and a kick ass caretaker. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is overprived, undermanaged and calls itself a"Luxury Apartment" complex.Be prepared for numerous false fire alarms, water problems, poor facilities (bad stairs, washing machines), and a staff that feels they can create new "laws" for their own benefit.Renter Beware!! |

| Recent Review: | | I agree about the evil management. I lived there as a college student like 6 years ago. I enjoyed living there but was totally taken advantage of when I moved. The carpet was not in good shape when I moved in. I admit to leaving a stain in my bedroom but the rest was not changed. But they made me pay $1000 to replace the whole apartment's carpet even though it had been bleached by the sun already. JERKS |
