| Recent Review: | | Regency Woods is a total dump and the management could care less.The lawn and little road that lead to the rental office, and that rental office are kept nice.The apartments are hell holes.Mice in apartments.Mice in garage and traps set everywhere.Stinks.Your apartment will stink.All the nice tenants have moved away and anyone with their head screwed on will RUN AWAY.I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.The management only cares about trying to hose the tenants and pocket $$$$ Do not rent here. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is incredibly irresponsible. They do not return phone calls. They take responsibility for nothing. They are incredibly unprofessional. The laundry room is constantly dirty. The kids in the building are out of control - they snowboarded into my friend's car and ran away and hid, leaving a huge dent. The doors are left open so the 'security' is ineffective. I had a maintenance man enter my aparmtment without permission while I was sleeping. It may seem alright, but don't be fooled. Nothing but problems with this place and whenever something goes wrong, they will explain that they are not responsible and they will put non-management level workers on the phone so the management does not have field questions. It is dirty, overpriced, and terribly managed. |

| Recent Review: | | I have done a lot of traveling throughout my business career and have had many stays at several apartment complexes from as short as 3 months to as long as 2 years. I unfortunately have to say that I have never had a worse experience. I do not wish to hurt this company in any way, however my experiences with their management team on site and PINNACLE American Management Services Company was extremely unsatisfactory. To tell a long story short. They sent me to collections without my knowledge for months and services that I never signed for and were never rendered. I would strongly suggest looking at other places in the Mineeapolis area, and bewar of PINNACLE |

| Recent Review: | | The first day that I came in I had a wonderful tour of the clubhouse and model which is all in one area. I learned after I signed the lease what condition this place was in, and just how unprofessional the management is. I walk into the office where the manager Suzanne is swearing at a tenant for everyone to hear, and then I was given my key. I went to my unit to find it unclean with dead cockroaches, mold, and complete filth. I then went to the laundry room, and I found damage to the walls and ceiling along with garbage all over. When I went to complain, the worst manager that I have ever encountered, told me that I will have to move in because I signed a lease and that she would try to help me after turns were over. I am still waiting, and can't wait to get out of here. |
