| Recent Review: | | I moved in when this place was brand new.It is really nice at first glance but everything is put together really cheep.You get your own washer and dryer but they are little and you have to pay for the gas to run them.The kitchens are huges but the appliances suck.You can here the wind coming throught the windows in the winter.And the places are super big so heating and cooling them is really expensive.The paint on the walls is flat and not washable.If you brush up against it it comes right off.You better learn how to fix stuff because the maintenace people never come and when they do make sure they take off their shoes or the carpets will get all grose.Some of the girls in the office are pretty catty and don't care.Lots of good things though.Very young crowd.Lots of Bethel kids and other college kids.You can have big dogs.They have a dog run and poo collectors around the grounds.Out door hot tub is awesome even in winter.Tanning and carwash that are really affordable.Better fitness equiptment than at my health club.Sound proof appartments.I never heard my neibors.Overall recomended if you have the cash |

| Recent Review: | | We lived in this apartment for a year.The management was terrible- they were not timely in fixing things, and when they did, maintanence would leave personal items behind in our apartment (fast food cups, etc.) Car fire, fights in the hallways, arson in one building, rape in the parking lot- all around not good.Too bad, because the surrounding area is very nice. |

| Recent Review: | | our next door neighbor would sell drugs out of his school bus in Minneapolis, and the hallways would smell like weed and mac n' cheese.no maintenance even existed.we didn't get our deposit back because they claimed we never filed our 90 day vacate form (which of course we did).Never ever ever ever live here. |
