| Recent Review: | | The Management is not at all customer friendly. In April, they had closed th heaters, but after 3 weeks of closure, there was a sudden temp drop for 1 full week. So many residents asked them to switch the heater back again and they gave some lame excuses. You can imagine, how difficult its to live without the heater when the outside temp is just 40s and top 50s.When the customer leaves this apartment after lease is over, they find out some fault or the other and charge the customer even though the apt is neat and clean.The Parking space, its awful there is no parking speace in front of 7621 block.Overall, customers can choose any other apt which is better than this and pls dont choose this apt at all. |

| Recent Review: | | They have it all in order!!This place is great.The manager is an excellent person and the maintenance guy is a doll.They provided me with everything i needed.All the furniture comes with the apartment and all utilities are paid for by them.I lived in a 2 bedroom and it had been newly remodled before i arrived.I never recieved this kinda of service and care from any other place i have been to.I am a business traveler and stayed there for 9 months(What a service they provide).There is plenty of parking and a nice sized courtyard where the manager has weekly BBQ's.I was told by her that if shes cookin i can come join.And i wasnt the only one that would join.Half of the 40 unit complex would come out and socialize.Kids are almost always outside playing in courtyard and just enjoying the days.It has a family feeling to it.Always liked the logo that the manager has for the place(Your home away from home). |

| Recent Review: | | I've only lived at Village Park for the past five months, but it's by far the worst place I have ever lived!Apartment staff are not willing to deal with problems that are occuring in the apartment and they go out of their way to get all of the money out of you that they can.Our sinks started backing up in our kitchen and they told us to put a bowl over it until they could deal with it!They showed up two hours later after the dirty backed up sink water had made it's way to the carpet.Village Park is not afraid to tow away your car for any reason, who knew that apartments had the right to monitor tabs that weren't even a week late and tow them away!Expect to hand over a lot of money to this company if you sign a lease, or better yet just stay away! |

| Recent Review: | | While the area the apartment is in is lovely the management doesn't respect the building as well as the grounds.It takes a long time to get things fixed and there is very little response to noise complaints.We do get heat, water, trash and sewer which is lovely.There is a very small pool, not always very clean. |
