Recent Review:I have lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom in this same building. We lived there for almost 4 years. In that time there were 2 fires and my car got broken into in the underground parking multiple times. There is a good mix of ages here.Pretty even mix of young to old.Lots of "you ain't my babies daddy screaming fights when the windows are open."The kitchens in the two bedroom was super tiny, there was only one drawer and it was about 10" wide.No storage what so ever. The newer section of the building was pretty quiet but the old section was really loud. The pools are nice and the new hot tub and sauna are good too.Free pool in the game room and a decent party room. The maintenance was not so good. The washer or the dryer was always brocken and the garage door would sometimes stick and leave you stuck in the underground parking.I also got stuck in the elevator and had to pry the door open on more that one occation.Location was good.It is tucked into some trees but it is on a busy highway and there is a lot of road noise.Overall it was just OK.

Recent Review:I have major problems with this apartment complex. The management is fine, the caretakers keep the place nice and do building repairs and stuff. However, good luck getting them on the telephone (they live onsite) and good luck getting them to fix anything inside your apartment. I had a defective smoke detector that beeped every 90 seconds and it took them a week to come and replace it. I had to call numerous times and finally call the building manager (not the onsite caretaker). Also, do NOT live anywhere but on the third floor. You can hear everything everyone else does in their homes, and I mean everything. The walls are paper thin and the floors squeak enough to drive you crazy. Hot water lasts about five minutes if anyone else in the building is taking a shower at the same time.On the plus side, the apartments are very big and have been kept up well for it being such an old building. The parking lot is huge and I've never felt unsafe there. Balconies and dishwashers come in every apartment and the rent is very reasonable. So, I would recommend living here if you live on the third floor and don't mind having to wait forever to have repairs done to your place.

Recent Review:Victor Chan, from Victor Chan rental office is the worst landlord I have ever had. The lease was completely bogus. He never fixes anything, and I am not even sure if this house is fit for living. He is not a good landlord what-so-ever!

Recent Review:I really didn't enjoy my time and money spent at this complex. I found the Manager/Landlord to lack courtesy that tenants deserve. It was very hard to get maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner or at all for that matter, I was even told that certain things weren't in need of attention even though it was obvious that they were. The buildings themselves need much work, and the hallway smells of urine There are parking restrictions enforced that state only one car per apartment is allowed to park in the lot, others must park on surrounding streets (this includes tenants of the building). When I turned in my vacate notice, my apartment was subject to be shown any time the landlord wanted to show it, there existed no 24 hour notice rule. At one time I was even only given a few minutes notice before my apartment was shown. The landlord even showed the apartment when asked not to due to the tenant being home sick. I would not suggest this residence to anyone.

Recent Review:The units are good sized, but the "caretakers" are 2 old people who think the entire building is their own personal property. They go into the units as they please with no prior notice or request.I got out of the shower one morning to find the old man showing my apt to someone!!(legally, he has to give me notice if he's going to show the unit)I had the door locked, but not chained because I didn't want to lock out my roommate. Also, the "caretaker's" (they don't actually fix anything, they just say "it looks ok") middle aged son also lives there, and spends day and night watching everyone come and go from the building and just stares. He was so creepy, I didn't feel safe there.I got the feeling that's the kind of place they have a secret video camera in your apt.And since it's right on Hwy 36, the traffic is quite loud--don't come here expecting any sleep.
