| Recent Review: | | I moved into this place when they were still building part of it. At first I could hear everything my neightbors did.But luckily, the management realized this too so they fixed the problem.No I never hear the people next to me.Once and I while I will hear people in the hottub after hours.I called and complained once, but then the manager called me back and said she found the people and wrote them up.Who else would do that?I'm planning on staying for quite some time.It is very convenient. |

| Recent Review: | | This place sucks.The manager lied to me and said there wouldn't be any bugs or rodents unless I brought them myself.Well I know I didn't bring them, so why are mice running through my apartment?Why do all my neighbors tell me that ants are also a big problem.The apartment looks okay for the most part and if you don't mind mice or ants, this could be the place to call home. |

| Recent Review: | | The building with models is very well kept.However, the others are not.They are dirty and the hot tub and exercise room are in utter disrepair.One of theelevators is broken more often than not.Someone actually stole a big screen television and a car in the same weekend.The big screen was stolen was stolen out of the party room!And unfortunately the security cameras are so old and crappy that they could not tell who it was at all.The individual apartments are very nice however, ours was extremely filthy when we moved in.We had to clean for 2 days when we moved in.There was food dried in the cupboards even.The grounds are beautiful though and the neighborhood is great. |

| Recent Review: | | I came here from another state and found this apartment on a web site and it said everything was new a remodeled what a joke everything was new like 30 years ago! They replaced a few things but said they were going to do the rest and it has been over a year and nothing was done! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors fighting and loud music all night long.The laundry room is a joke its so dirty and gross. Someone broke the dryer door it took 6 months for someone to fix it. Someone cut the cords off the dryer and soneone took a sh*t in the trash can. Don't go out after 2:00AM there have been a couple of shootings a cross the street were there are night clubs and bars. Overall not a nice or safe place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | There are only ten apartments in this building. The apartments are very nice, clean, and secure. However, everyone that lives there is very, very old. If you have your music even barely on, someone will complain and you'll never hear the end of it from the landlord (Robert). If you have a problem with your apartment, Robert takes a very, very long time to fix it. I have a six month old baby, and he is kicking me out simply because he found out I'm not married, but have a baby. I am working to see what I can do about that. This is a great place for old, married people. If you are a young single mother...watch out because Robert doesn't have any compassion for them. |
