						Recent Review: My experience at this apartment complex has been mixed.When we first moved in, the place was filthy, windows were broken, doors were kicked in, burn marks on the carpet, etc etc.We complained bitterly to our resident manager, but we still had to clean everything ourselves.Our next 2 managers have been nicer.Maintainence comes but doesn't really fix things (our refrigerator leaks because it's too full?!?).We have a giant 2 bedroom apt (nearly 1000 square feet) and cheap rent.The courtyard is nice and I have always felt safe in the area and the complex.Parking is easy to find.I'd recommend it to anyone who can overlook some imperfections!
