| Recent Review: | | I'm very happy to be at the Burlington, but like everything in life there are ups and downs.The positives include:friendly staff, safety, cleanliness, friendly neighbors, amenities, intersting floor plans, and neighborhood.The negatives include the fitness center and whirlpool never working in certain buildings (I'm talking about over a year), and the train noise.Overall it's a great place to live, but I sure wish they would get the hot tub and fitness areas working! |

| Recent Review: | | The complex isn't to bad besides the kids like to play in the parking lot and don't know how to move for a vehicle.The only time they move quick is if it is the police.The good thing is for the most part they are pretty quiet.They are going through renovations and they are renting to people when the apartment is not even finished.They don't have any dishwashers the counter space is small.Also if the stove is dirty when you move in don't expect them to clean it.They won't clean it, nor will they clean the top of the stove. |

| Recent Review: | | When I moved in, all the appliances were new + carpet.Maintenance takes quite some time.I often have to remind.I love the apartment.The only reason for moving.. too far from campus.Otherwise.. NO COMPLAINTS!Oh and Club Cancun is right next to the apartment, which sometimes causes noise problems. |

| Recent Review: | | I strongly do not recommend renting from Woodlawn Court Apartments.The building is not kept up with maintenance or cleaning.The hallways and outside commons are rarely cleaned.When a request is put in for work to be done within your apartment, it can take a week or longer before someone comes to fix it. This is after mutiple calls into management about the problem.Sex offenders and drug dealers live here. The management is aware of the not so great people living there. The do not take care of the issues.The apartment conditions are not the best either. Old cabinets that are falling apart. Water fixtures, appliances and closet are rarely working. |
