Recent Review: The Pound is called that because it is not fit for a dog to live in.The Humane Society would have removed any dog if it had lived there.It was suppose to be for humans.When the renters moved in there was garbage, squirrels, mice, mold, furniture from previous tenants, and personal items from previous tenants.Screens were missing, holes in the walls and ceilings were evident.No security deposit was required and the landlord wants repairs done when the most recent tenants left.Luckily, the tenants had pictures of the place when they moved in to prove in small claims court that the place was in a state of disrepair anddid not meet city code.
