| Recent Review: | | These apaprmtents are privately owned by a couple, Kim Nybo and John Ahrens, and they do not care about the tenants at all. Many appliances were broken in my apartement that never got fixed. There is no maintanence department. I would never reccommend this management team to anyone. I have rented at a few different complexes and this was by far the worst. |

ITS BECAUSE THERE NOT PROFESSIONAL. IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR GARAGE THE WILL NOT FIX IT RIGHT AWAY THEY ASK YOU IF YOU HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE JUST IN CASE YOU GET ROBB. PLS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN IN WITH THEM. |
