| Recent Review: | | 2 BR, 1BA $570/month - NOT WORTH IT! $300.00 electric bills and our 2nd floor apartment is never cooler than 85 degrees during the summer.Neighbors are noisy, they don't take care of salting the stairwells in the winter, complex looks nice on the main street, but there is always trash laying around behind the buildings. Management is NOT friendly or even curtious. They've also been investigated by HUD in the past. I've lived in apartments for the past 10 years and this is the worst experience I've ever had living in an apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are very spacious and very inexpensive, but they are also very outdated. The maintenance crew is very timely but also very rude. the irish guy that runs the place has a horrible attitude.It is also very loud really early in the morning(the neighbors are partying or breaking things) and if you have a day job, i definitely do not recommend this place. it is so hard to find a parking spot here too. You only get one spot per apartment so if you aren't the first one home, you'll definitely be walking which is horrible in the wintertime because i lived on a hill. Also you have absolutely no cell phone reception. |
