| Recent Review: | | I have lived here since August 2004, and it has been a nightmare.My apartment has electrical problems.Serious enough that my stuff has caught on fire a few times.I told the manager, Verna, but nothing has been done.We were told we would have brand new carpet before we moved in.We still have disgusting old carpet.There was also supposed to be new mini-blinds.We got them, but they were 4 months late.The two maintenance guys are creepy and unskilled.They are polite when you talk to them, but TWICE one of them have come in when no one was home and peed all over the toilet and nearby area and not flushed.We have had our air conditioner and a toilet semi-broken the whole time, and they keep trying to fix it but don't succeed.They don't even tell you they were there.Verna comes in whenever she feels like it.Sometimes she doesn't even knock.They have very little respect for an apartment being someone's home.It can be hard to reach anyone in the office because it will be closed when it is supposed to be open.DON'T LIVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | The Ahsley Ridge apartments are the nicest that I have lived in so far.the management is very good--timely and very considerate.The grounds are VERY well maintained.The lawn and bushes always look wonderful.The apartments have a huge kitchen/dining area, and the living room is a good size too.I live in a 2 bedroom by myself, but there is more than enough room for 2 people to live in.Everything works.I've lived here for 2 years and never had a problem.The management was very accomodating in getting me an apartment on short notice.Highly recommend!! |

| Recent Review: | | Ashwood has the worst mantiance. We had a set of blinds missing (from the previous renters) for 3 to 4 months after where living their. We also had toliet running problems and they took 2 months to show up and fix that as well. We had to deal with outragous water bills all during that time. Now we have a sink that is leaking and I don't know if i even care to wait for them to fix that too. We really have just started to fix our own shit because its not worth the nagging and wait.The parking is also ridiculas. When it is busy you can't even park in front of your complex, and when your friends come to visit they take the chance of getting towed by the nazi towing company that Ashwood hired and being charged for $200. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in my apartment for one year.So far, I've had a good experience.1. Amenities: I have a great view of a pond and trees.There are tennis courts, a basketball court, picnic sheds and golfing holes.2. Security: I haven't had any problems with security.3. Maintenance: They usually come promptly for repairs.I broke my key once on a weekend and the maintenance employee was able to make a duplicate out of the key piece that got stuck in the lock.4. Parking: There are covered parking spaces for most units.5. Upkeep: The developer keeps the grounds clean and lovely with various trees and other plants.The only disadvantages I can think of are high cost and pet prohibition. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Country Club Apartments for 3 years while I finished up school, and I was very impressed with the promptness of maintenance work.The apartments are well-kept, quiet, and a great place for a family or student requiring a quiet place to live.The pool is great and well-kept during the summer season, as well.Although I am a male, I had a female roommate, and she never felt at any time that she was in danger or unsafe in the apartment.I would highly recommend it to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived all over Columbia and there is no apartment place as good as Courtyard Apartments. Their older apartments but they are really kept up nicely, the maintence crew is fast and the pool is excellent and the grounds look like an extension of the Shelter Gardens. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is terrible!!!They totally took my deposit and my apartment was spotless when I left.I had to move to South Carolina the same day I had the walk through and I couldn't sit there and argue with them about it.They wouldn't return any of my calls and they jipped me out of my whole deposit.The ladies who are management there are total bitches!!!!I wouldn't live here if you paid me.You can find much better in Columbia b/c Grindstone is such a rip off.The apartments are cheap and the walls are paper thin to boot.DON'T LIVE THERE. |
