| Recent Review: | | This place is horrible. There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of residents here, you WILL get ticketed because these people don't give a shit about you in order to offer a resolution. They do not tell you when you receive a package in the mail. You get a different answer to every question when you ask anybody at the office something. They charge you ridiculous amounts of money when you move out for "damages" that weren't there. The kitchen floor tiles stick to your feet and come up all the time. The walls are made of paper and you can hear every word all of the idiots who live here say. |

| Recent Review: | | this is a very convenient place to live.they pay all of my cable, internet and utilities and the washer and dryer is in the unit!customer service is great and the maintenance men are there the day you call to put in any maintenance issues.DBC Rentals are great landlords. |

| Recent Review: | | The advantages to this apartment are that it is close to the MU campus, the maintenance people are great about getting back to you promptly, it has a pool, and cable is included in rent.The disadvantages are that it is expensive for what you get- the apartments haven't been remodeled in quite awhile (green countertops, very worn and stained brown/gold carpet, shower/tub has yellowed although it was originally white at one time, etc.), if you live downstairs you can constantly hear people walking around upstairs, management has been unresponsive to noise complaints (neighbors play loud music incessantly at all hours), the bedrooms are small, and the apartment itself is poorly designed (it might have a lot of square footage, but the portion of that that is actually useable is a lot smaller).Pets are not allowed- in fact, if you have a friend bring one over to visit, you are fined.Bottom line: look elsewhere- you can do much better. |

| Recent Review: | | Management is okay, all utilities are included, and it's very convenient because it's practically on the MU campus.It's old, but they've put new carpet in and repainted things recently and there's a MU computer lab in the lobby.It can be smelly and it's kind of expensive for the size of the apartments and I think parking is way too expensive, but you do get a reserved spot and some are covered and if anyone is in your spot they'll be towed. All apartments are furnished and cable, water, and cable internet are included in your rent.In general, management is pretty quick to get back to you and any problems that I've had as far as little problems in the apartments (leaks, oven not working) the maintenance people have come and fixed it pretty quickly.The apartments on the top floors have skylights, which is nice.All in all, my experience hasn't been too bad.I'd look around a little more, but Uplace is convenient and not too bad. |

| Recent Review: | | These are two floor townhouses with 2 and 3 bedrooms available. The units are well kept and the owners are constantly making improvements landscaping is nice as well. There are only two parking spots per apartment though. There is a bad neighborhood just across the street but in 1 1/2 years we haven't had any problems. Management is nice and lives in the complex the buildings and area is considerably quiet. Its located near 63 and I-70 on the northeast edge of town however the main road is going to have construction begining in february 04. This is the best apartment we've been in. |
