| Recent Review: | | I would not recommend this apartment complex. I had a six month lease. Alway paying on the first of the month with a money order. At the time of my lease end and after moving out I was then told by the complex that I owed them $500.00 plus NSF fees. Further they claimed I owed them rent for month following the end of my lease. I called them numerous times left messages for them to call me, faxed them copies of the correspondences from them as to what I was to paythe last (prorated) month of my lease (which in a subsequent correspondence they inflated adding new charges, and provided copies of the money receipts. They never responed in any way aside from sending me to collections. I was then contacted at my place of employment harrassing me about these charges that Camden Passage professes I owe.Repairs needed and reported never got fixed.Witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot from my balcony. |

| Recent Review: | | I think the building is incredible.The ammenities are also excellent.The price is great, but the neighborhood is a little rough.The worst part is the leasing office.They are very unhelpful, rude, and never there during staffed hours.If you can ignore them, I think you'll enjoy your stay. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in the Coach House complex for 2 years.I have upgraded once.The staff could not be more helpful, curtious and friendly.When I need something fixed, it is done within 24 hours.The grounds are beautiful, and from Office staff to the maintenance staff, could not be more professional.Great Place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | These are beautiful townhouses.They have hardwood floors and a full basement.There is off-street parking and it's FREE.That is rare in the Plaza.It is a small community so getting to know your neighbors is not difficult.We also get together for parties and often get games of freesbie going in the summer.I love it here! |

| Recent Review: | | I have had nothing but trouble since moving in here.The management is horrible about getting anything fixed and responding to any complaints.The maintance also doesn't respond timely and never leave notes telling you they have been in your apartment.We are trying to move now and management is not working with us at all and actaually being a bit threatening to us.The rent has been raised over $100 since we've been here (2 years).They used to have security patrol here at night, but since they have new management they have cut that out.Suggestion, when renting if they tell you something, make sure you get it in writing, because they will later deny it. |

| Recent Review: | | Stay away from this place!!!! First of all, if you own a regular size couch, it won't fit in the "freight" elevator which isn't any bigger than the regular elevator and the stair ways are too small to get a couch through it. I went a whole year without my couch and this isn't a one time thing. I see couches left overnight in the lobby at least twice a month. The management knows this because when I told them about my situation they weren't surprised plus they don't tell you this fact when you're checking out the apartment. So be aware. Second, there's been a few times when the hot water went out, one of those times being New Year's Eve when people were getting ready to go out. I talked to a few residents who had to take cold showers that night in the middle of winter. Third, my "central" AC unit keeps leaking and soaking my carpet, they can seem to get the problem fixed. Fourth, the walls are concrete so it's hard to hang anything and they carry sound pretty well so you can hear your neighbors doing everything and I mean "everything". |

| Recent Review: | | The few times we did need help with something broken they took so long to repair it....I just did it myself.I am right now waiting on a heating/cooling repair that I ordered at least 3 weeks ago......Please dont waste your time, money, or patience dealing with this complex.That's why they have so many yellow flags and big banners on the grounds trying to find people to move into this dump.Driveways with big holes in them....Hallway walls with big patches on them unpainted....When it rains the drainage problems that exist cause you to have to walk or jump over mudslides.....Its time for us to move.......This is a warning.......Don't move to Forest Park Apts.for any reason!!! |
