| Recent Review: | | Don't get me wrong, the apartments are great.. new carpet, fresh paint, and great location. However, people continually ignore the rules and regulations here, and nothing is ever done about it! People constantly leave their trash outside their doors, it seems nothing is done about "guests" parking in spaces intended for residents and really noisy neighbors at night. Also, people throw their trash everywhere around here and nobody cleans it up!We really do love the apartment and would think about continuing our lease but with the lack of attention paid to the rules and regulations that the complex sets up, why bother with the headache! |

| Recent Review: | | I have been a resident at King Quarters for just a few months.During this time management tried to charge me for a penalty not included in my lease agreement.The fees were made up by management and totally contradictive of my original lease.I ask management to provide me with owner information to get problem solved.I am extremely unhappy, and management seems not to care.I have contacted a lawyer in regard to this problem.If an owner of property reviews this information please contact me.I am sure management can advise you who I am. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Locarno Apartments for three years now.It is the best place I have ever rented.The management and the maintenance are great and ALWAYS on top of things.If ever I had a problem it got resolved immediately.The common areas are always kept clean and my neighbors are all wonderful people.I can't say enough good things about this place.I highly recommend it if you like high rise living. |

| Recent Review: | | Parking: Garage attached to each individual apartment unit makes it really feel like a home, no long parking lots, a real driveway and front porch.Unit: Excellent, name brand appliances (Moen, Whirlpool) nice detailed mantle and crown molding.Fairly roomy for the price.Alarm system and double dead bolts in each unit make it very secure.Grounds: Good excercise room, nice pool, walking trail and plenty of grassy areas and basketball/tennis courts for pets and children.Flowers & plants in front of unit make it feel homey.Leasing managers are very courteous and helpful, maintenance timely and many simple replacements without request.Very highly recommended. |

| Recent Review: | | It's a great barain if you just prefer living on The Plaza in Kansas City. But you can find more for your money in other less trendy areas. I'd rent there again if I could still afford it.Pros: The first thing you notice about Plaza Point is that is is sort of round. Therefore each of its 99 units has a unique floor plan and lots of floor space. Many of the walls are at an angle. Each apartment, from one bedroom on up, has a little entry way. Bedroom closets span one entire wall.Garage parking is available and that is a big plus on The Plaza, a hot Kansas City area that resembles a minature midwestern Manhattan. (ie: Parking is hard to find on the street.)However, that leads me to the cons.Plaza Point maintains its image as a good buy by keeping rent and parking just a few dollars below the nearby competition. Sometimes instead of raising rent, they hike parking or the cost of washers and dryers.It also lacks some of the amenities of comptetition. No workout room, no discounts at the nearby health club, no community room.Repairs are slow. Sound travels through the walls. The heat and air is blown through vents like central air, but it is some sort of steam-based system that they control. That means you have to wait for them to switch air to heat in the winter before you can access it in your unit. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex has really gone down the drain. Too many teenagers that party all night long taking all the spots in the parking lot. Also you have to argue with the office to get anything done. My car has been broken in several times. I have lived here for a while and this year I transferred apts. Well the first week I moved in my apartment flooded because they forgot to turn on the heat in the empty apts next door in JANUARY!! All they could say was, Well I hope you have renters ins. I give this place an FFFFFFF |

| Recent Review: | | I used to work there.The cops were there daily and they had tons of break-ins.They moved people into apartments where the carpet was obviously urinated on by dogs/cats and it stunk to high heaven.Management won't spend any $$$ to make it a nice apartment to move into.I quit because I feared for my life.Very unsafe place to live or work. |
