| Recent Review: | | heating is good (individual furnace in each apt) but cooling is via a window unit A/C and could be better.The complex is convenient to UMKC and the Plaza.This apt. needs some minor maintenance, but is serviceable enough for a student.The complex is under new management, so things are likely to change, hopefully for the better. |

| Recent Review: | | All the bad reviews are correct - goes from bad to worst. They have dropped the rent so low is like a ghetto moving in and no maintainence - like a revolving door with management, owners, and staff - here today and gone tomorrow. Two new owners since Jan. 2005. The safety has dropped way down - with no sidewalks and no street lights and cars are being broken-in to. Can't wait for my lease runs out and I am out of here. |
