| Recent Review: | | I moved in last May, and have never had a single problem.The office staff are the friendliest I've ever dealt with, and the maintenence crew is incredibly professional.The only noise that has ever bothered me strangely enough comes from dances they have at the catholic church next door, but those of course are always on weekends so its not a big deal.The apartments are small (all one bedrooms) but are perfectly fine for one person (two would not work).The apartment stays warm naturally during the winter, leading to low utility bills, another plus on top of the cheap rent (under $400 without a pet, $415 with a pet).The two major selling points are that their is widely available off-street parking AND THEY SPRAY QUARTERLY FOR BUGS!!!Being in an apartment ina humid st louis summer and never seeing a single bug was the coolest thing ever.Plus, the location is great...Maplewood tends to be more of a working class crowd, so its really nice to get away from the trendy places trapped in the bubble around Wash U.The only reason I'll be leaving is that I'm getting a roommate. |
