| Recent Review: | | Poor managment, and poor maintenace.I had tile in my shower missing for 6 months, and my AC barly works.You have to fight to get the help that you need.Managed by Charles F Curry real estate and they are just as bad as the site managers. |

| Recent Review: | | I have had nothing but trouble here since new owners took over in Nov 2004.When a tenant makes a complaint about the unsavory workers here, the management/owners turn it around and start harrassing the tenant who made the complaint. They constantly threaten eviction if one doesn't comply to NEW rules posted every month!! And rules not agreed to in the lease. Furthermore, the owners, and his son, who happens to be an attorney, lie, and make up false complaints against a tenant who has complained. If one makes a complaint for any reason, owners/management will give false and intentional, incorrect, information to new prospective landlords regarding reference. They will then deny their illegal and unsavory business practices when confronted with the truth.Also they are renovating using poor materials, and the laborers are not qualified to be doing the work.Cosmetically looks good, but shoddy craftsmanship. On a final note, the loser maintenance people have a very high turn over rate. There is a new loser working for them every week! |
