| Recent Review: | | Maintenance here was aweful with a capital A.Office staff was okay, but not overly friendly except when your just first thinking of moving there.Also when first came here they asked us to give police reports I thought that was a good sign, never an apartment ask that.I thought it a great idea so explain why there was so many drugs and parties here.The cops were here quite a few times in the two years we lived here.And if you complain about someone it is just ignored by the office so I had to call the police two times while here.If your tight on money I guess the place is ok to live but if you can afford a little more I would not not waste my time with this community.Also there has been a recent problem with kids doing sexual things to each other here and my neighbors son was involved.This is a big thing you will need to watch for here. |

| Recent Review: | | I won a case against Kompier Realty in February of this year (2004) and have yet to see the money.Ms. Kompier put me in a condemned building and the inspector came and made me leave!I won in court, but she refuses to pay.Just knock on the door of any of her tenants.The majority of them have her in court.You can validate my story by calling the Citizens' Service Bureau. |

| Recent Review: | | Please if you read this review keep it in mind and dont say I did not tell you so. The management of this complex is a JOKE. People like Robin (so called manager)are pathetic. The reason I left this fairly nice apartment (only in appearance) was do to very loud and rude nieghbors. I reported this to the office numerous times and was basically told that I was being the loud one after about my third call. They did nothing and were very rude. I have severe C.O.P.D and bad breathing problems and I gave them a doctors note stating so. YET they still let my air conditioner go for a month and half in 80 to 90 degree weather because they felt I had disturbed them a few months earlier with complaints of loud neighbors. And finally, this place is NOT NOT NOT kid friendly. Robin (again) was caught twice smartmouthing my son and two other children on this property. This is just what was caught so imagine what else. I hope if I save ONE family from moving here this was worth typing. Not to mention makes me feel better for the neglect. That is all this place is. Thank you and good luck in apartment hunting. |

| Recent Review: | | The outside and halls don't seem too impressive, but the apartments are pretty nice and are always being updated.Secured entry and off-road parking.Large storage area for each apartment and on-site laundry and fitness room.Office is a training office, so there is a considerable amount of turnover in managers and maintenance, but generally speaking, they do a great job. |
