| Recent Review: | | Where should I start.Between water damages and the attitude of the leasing company I would not recommend this property or it's original leasing company (University Properties) to anyone.It started with a leak in the master bedroom closet which was small and minor.We called to have them fix it only to return a couple weeks later with it still leaking na also leaking in anoter spot in the closet.They told us it was a dirty filter or soemthing, when it turns out the lumber told us it had to do with the hot water line, that they have been having problems with and needed repairs for the past few years.Later my roomate returned only to find almost the entire apartments drenched in water...yes squishy carpet from teh living room partially into the bedrooms.Turns out it was a leak in the pipes in teh kitchen right above a counter.They told us it was fixed.The same pipe burst when my parents and I were here moving some stuff in.55 gallons of water in half an hour it took them to get here to shut it off.Talk about moldy smelly carpet as if it wasn't already bad enoughthe first time.theres was mold growth everywhere and we have to fight with them to replace the unuseable carpet.Many of my branch new things I watched as the water ruined them.It came down so fast that you couldn't stop it.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE...and the most unwilling unsympathetic people you'll meet.I would recommend never doing business with them.ALso you have to ask them to sign leases and you don't get copies or any info. unless you ask even though that's not proper business practice.Many other things happened.STAY AWAY! |
