| Recent Review: | | this is a great apartment complex. it is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. the 2 bedrooms are reasonably priced if you share the rent, but the one bedrooms are much less reasonable. the managers, doormen, and maintenance are extremely friendly. there is a pool table/club room as well as a small workout room. garage parking is available but is extra. as a young single female, i feel very safe at any time of day or night. location is prime with shops and restaurants near by. |

| Recent Review: | | Good deal for the money:large apartment, stable neighborhood, washer / dryer connections.However, management is a major pain to deal with!!!!There are three investors, a leasing office, and a business office.What happens is that the leasing office is not responsible for what they say, because the business office overrides.I've lived in several aprtment complexes . . . the management here is very poor! |

| Recent Review: | | this aprtment blows cold in winter hot in summer old radiators always broken hardwood floors have been stained by a blind person.ceilings cracked and falling apart. also everything leaks from the toilet to the ceilings. landlord only cares about his rent check not about your living conditions.dont live here!!! |

| Recent Review: | | after first moving in, the staff seemed nice and the ground seemed well taken care of.But after a while it is the little things that get on your nerves.they are constantly (on a weekly basis) leaving flyers on your door reminding you that you get a bonus if you refer another resident.During remodeling of the outside of the building I felt like they were playing musical chairs with my stuff.First we had to clear off the balcony for powerwashing, fine.then we had to clear it off for a whole week for painting, fine- it didn't get done.then three weeks later we had to clear it off again for more painting that ended up being staining and then last the wanted to leave the front door open while we were not home to let the paint dry.I told them no way and they gave in when I threatened to call the police and came home early.The left them open on another building, I can't believe that, but they did.I have had my truck vandalized, a rude neighbor reving up his go cart after working on it in the parking lot, it was disturbing our dinner and we live on the other side of the building.Then there was the neighbor who would leave trash out for over a week at a time.We are moving, but not soon enough. |

| Recent Review: | | More Bling and amenities than you could ever imagine!This place is great.Great location from shopping in Brentwood as well as the Delmar Loop area.Less than a mile from downtown Clayton too.The maintenance guys hung all my pictures and also put up shelves for me at no cost. |

| Recent Review: | | Maintenance has always been an issue. Due to gutters stuffed with leaves and leaky windows, there was serious water damage that was never repaired. Just had to look at my rotten, brown stained wall for months.Location is really not that good. It is close to shopping and in a safe area, but highway access is poor. Also, there are poorly timed traffic lights and a railroad track on the way out of the complex. Can easily add ten minutes to your commute.The complex is in need of a serious overhaul. The exteriors are dumpy, not what you'd expect at this price. The display units look NOTHING at all like the apartments. Also, tons of bugs.Management is dismal. I have lived in many apartments, and have never experienced such poor service. Don't expect to get any deposit back- they will do their best to suck every penny out of you. |

If you have the unfortunate chance on meeting this fake smiling unprofessional, I feel for you.She alone makes the apartments useless.She has been reported repeatedly to the owners they do not care.So we are sueing them because of her and her haressment and most likely will win.The apartments are aweful, not well maintained and very noisy.We had a person living across from us that was so trashy and noisy.They are not picky about who they let in here is the point.Was my first time renting an apartment, learned alot from the place I was hoping I would not have learned about apartment living.OH well in a house now.Please think twice before living here.It is not worth the money NOR your time. |
