| Recent Review: | | Our apartment is infested with roaches and has been so since the 2nd week we were here. It's so bad I found at least 30 of them behind a power strip in our living room and our 18 month old goes around picking up shoes and smashing roaches. They've sent exterminators out once already and it was 2 guys with an unknown company. I call all the time and they say they are sending them out. On top of that our car along with 3 others were broken into and our stereos where stollen. Funny thing is there is supposed to be an off duty police officer on site for security. We've been here for almost three months and I can't wait till we can find a new place. Don't even think of moving in here. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is very poorly managed, very noisy, dirty, they maintenance staff looks like they just got out of prison, very unprofessional. Things never get repaired, no matter how many times you complain. The manager mostly wants to rent to seniors, but it's not handicap accessible for them. Swimming pool is always green. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at the Embassy for a year while I was in college, and I wish I had found it sooner!The rooms are very spacious, carpeted, and have central air and heat.There is a gated parking lot, and they have garage parking also for a little extra a month.The doormen are always very nice and friendly, and they have maintenance men on-site and have emergency 24 hour service.The only annoying part about living there was that sometimes it was hard to get your packages the same day they are delivered to you since they are kept in the office and the doormen aren't there all the time. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here at the JArms for almost 2 years now & even tho they did put in a new fitness center, many critical repairs are not being done.The elevators barely run, the A/C & heat barely work,& the plumbing/water is constantly going out. I guess if keeping fit was all you were interested in, this would be a good apartment complex for you.But if you have to hike up & down 12 flights of stairs to get to your apartment everyday, do you really need a fitness center? |

| Recent Review: | | Last year two girls were kidnapped at gun point. Their kidnappers took them to various ATMs to get money. There were some breakin incidences too. Ask the leasing officer they are legally obliged to tell you. Be careful or brothers will go medieval on your ass. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are beautiful on the surface, but you will have a nightmare of repairs with slow maintenance response once you move in.Management is in general rude and unresponsive. If you try to get a hold of the property manager(one of the most skin-crawlingly insincere people I have ever met) you will be told that she is on the other line, in a meeting, or out to lunch. She will never return your calls. I've called her six times in one day with out ever recieving a return phone call or reaching her, and she will just put you off if you wait in the office. There is absolutly nothing you can do. The office is incredibly disorganised. I've met more neighbors through elevator conversations about how incompetant we find management to be than any other way. The leasing agents spend all their time helping new residents, once youre in they'll never be nice to you again. |
